Are you still able to log into your account and see your details? I’m asking b’cos if you login online and not in app and you’ve been switched away the online acc. won’t have support (the app will) 

Someone may have switched you in error. In which case if your account still works you should immediately go to help and support in app preferably and type i haven’t asked to leave, wattbot will then guide you through.

You will have received messages before that, is that the first and who sent it?
