I moved into my flat at the beginning of August

and  I have not received a Welcome Pack.
Who do I contact please?

Welcome to the Pure Planet community!

Did you actually initiate a switch to Pure Planet when you moved in?

Was Pure Planet the energy supplier when you moved in?

I only ask, because the usual two reasons for not getting the email welcome pack are a) it's in the spam folder b) no switch had actually been made

If you can answer those two questions we'll be able to offer further help

hi @Tezza6 

you won’t get a welcome pack automatically if PP were the supplier when you moved in, but you may eventually get a letter inviting you to join. You don’t need to wait for the letter, if you go online at purepla.net and choose “moved into a pure planet home” you can switch (it’s still confusingly called a switch even though you aren’t actually switching).

You should take photos of the meters and note the readings (hopefully you took a note of them when you moved in?) then you can check pp have billed you from the correct numbers.

Follow the process and I also  recommend you download the app.
