trying to sign up and it says some of my details are invalid
Hi, I had downloaded the app a few days ago and am now trying to sign up via the app, but when I put my details in it says it's invalid. I'm using just the same email and telephone number etc as before. Can you help? Thanks, Philippa

Actually it's ok, it seems to have worked now, I've done the switch!
