switching to pure planet

I switched from edf to pure planet on 6th Oct. I havnt heard anything and when I log in there is not evidence of the quote or current switch over. All I have are emails with links to finish energy switch, if I click the link it takes me to sorry your login didnt work.

@Trifle How long after switching did you try to verify the switch using the verify email?. If that part wasn’t successful then you haven’t switched.

I’m wondering if it’s timed out because it was too long. If that’s the case you may need to start again.

Just to check @Trifle, is there a chance that you have two different login accounts setup?
