Switching to Pure from MSE

I was until recently a customer of Pure at my property in Yorkshire and the account has been settled. I am trying to switch via MSE to Pure on my property in London. I am being told by Pure that Pure already supply the property but they don’t. Is this because my details are registered? How do I switch?

Sounds like there may have been a delay with your previous account’s info being closed - has this all been sorted for you now, so you can get a quote for the new property?
