I received message from pure planet saying I`m switching but I have not initiated this. Could this be a scam email?

Hi throbber.

This is one for the team to look at. Goto help section and open wattbot. Type message the team and explain you have no desire to switch, this can happen if one of your neighbours use your address in error when swithing.

​unlikely to be a scam, someone has erroneously used your address or the meter database is incorrect - do you live in a flat?
Check your statement and make sure the meter serial matches what's on the meter.
I'd use a cold poultice for your username...it might help.
