Switching from Pure planet to other supplier

The supplier is not able to find my meter serial number in the national database. Can you please help me to update my meter serial number to the national database.

You're talking to fellow PP customers on this forum, and as such we don't have access to customers accounts. But we will help if we can.

You need to send your message to the team directly via Wattbot.

if you go to the app and click on the
☰ menu at the top, then click on help, then ask Wattbot, 

Then you need to type in 'message the team' .

Persist through until you can type your message.

Answers aren't instant, takes 2-3 days for them to get back to you.

Have you had your meter(s) changed since you joined PP. The meters must have been registered when you joined, and the only reason they can't be found now is if they were replaced. It can sometimes take a while for the database to be updated.
