I've just moved into a new house (rented) and set up a switch to a new provider. From a search online I believe that PurePlanet are the existing provider at the property although there were no 'joining/registering' letters.
My switch is due to be complete between August 15th-20th so my question is, how do I pay for the energy usage between my move in date (02/08 - for which I have meter readings) and my switch date in a couple of weeks?
I don't particularly want to initiate a complete 'registration & switch' as offered on the Pureplanet website, because I don't want that to disrupt my ongoing switch away from PP.

Your talking to fellow PP customers on this forum. But we will try to help, where we can.
First of all make sure you have taken a nite of your meter readings when you moved in, photos are good too.
PP will contact you , as you are now a deemed customer, until your switch happens with your new supplier.
They should send you a bill from when you moved in to when you switch to your new supplier.
