Switching date

Hi

The tariff with our current supplier ends in one month and would like to move over to Pure Planet.
I know it takes approximately 17 days, but during the switching process can I state a switching date to correspond with the end date so theres no exit fees from my supplier?

Hi Riggs, if you've got less than a month (42-49 days I think is the official time) before your fixed deal ends, you should have had a letter from your existing supplier to let you know the deal is coming to an end and you should be free to switch without a penalty. Hi Riggs, if you've got less than a month (42-49 days I think is the official time) before your fixed deal ends, you should have had a letter from your existing supplier to let you know the deal is coming to an end and you should be free to switch without a penalty.
