I have got any welcome pack, 

I used the Energylink comparison website on the 1st of October but but after 5weeks l have not heard anything

Have you verified your switch ?

PP will have sent you an email asking you to verify the switch.

Have you checked your junk folder?

I just got an email from the Energylinx with 2Pdf one my Application details and the other with Tariff Term and Contidions

Hey @Twin Flavia 

Great advice from @Angelabikerbabe - to complete the switch, you’d also need to verify your email (it’s worth checking your spam/junk mail and your ‘promotions’ tab if you have gmail). 

Once that’s done, we email you your Welcome Pack with all your switching info.
