I have recently moved home and closed my PP account at my old property. At the time I received an email telling me that if I switch my new property to PP within 3 months I will receive a refund of the PP exit fees and a £25 reward for switching.
The instructions in the email:
I have now started the switch and received my welcome pack email but the WattBot doesn't recognise my input when I try to follow steps 3 and 4 above.
Do I need to do anything else or will the fees be refunded automatically?

Ah right, that explains it
We’d need to wait until the supply begins at the new property before sending the reward.
