Switched and recieved nothing

Please can someone get in touch, We have not been sent a switching pack or a Bill or anything.

Where do I email to get in touch?

Welcome to the Pure Planet community! When you post here you are not talking directly to Pure Planet but to your fellow customers. But they often prove to be a helpful bunch!

If your switch is underway, you get asked to validate your email address and then you receive a welcome pack by email. If that hasn't happened (check your spam filter) then it's unlikely your switch has started.

Here's the FAQ explaining how the process should work:

we could do with a bit more info here..

you should have received an email which asks you to confirm your switch, did you get that and act on it?  If not can you check all mail and spam? If you don’t complete that part the switch won’t happen.

Hi @Elanay 

I'm pretty convinced that if you don't know your switch has happened it hasn't.

So I'm not sure why the thread is marked as solved and why I've been awarded best answer status, nice though that is.

If you still want to switch to Pure Planet I would try starting again, and tell us what happens.

This is really stressing me out too. I cannot get logged in don’t know if the switch has happened have not had a welcome email. the links don’t work etc etc! I want to leave!

Panic ye not...

Have you had the verification email?

If you haven’t verified then you won’t switch

If you have and you can’t log in post back, but as a starter delete all LOG IN emails (only those no others), go to purepla.net/login enter your email address, you’ll get one login mail.

Click on the link in that, but ONLY IF you’ve verified .
