Everytime I click on the refer friends button on my app it opens a blank web page. I have cleared my history and tried copying the link and re-open it but nothing seems to work. Any advice would be appreciate on what to do? Thank you

Looks like you wont get that one. On your homepage of the app is a moon with refer a friend on it. That is your referral code which you send to friends and family.

Hello and welcome.
If you followed the link then there is no need to enter the code as its embedded in the link. The voucher itself will arrive by email a couple of days after your switch is complete.

Just to add if you followed the link correctly then there is no need to input the code as its already imbedded in the link. Your email voucher will arrive 2 days after your switch is complete.

App homepage top right tap 3 bars.in dropdown menu select help then select wattbot.
I am one of Pure Planets Top referrers.I have referred over 100 people.30 are pending with no sign of vouchers,some have said rewarded on my phone App,but no vouchers.This has all started fairly recently,up until lately all was good.I now find I am not receiving emails to advise on switchers and no reward emails being sent.There is no problem with my incoming email,the problems are at Pure Planet's end.Is it your system or staff that can't cope,or are they being withheld intentionally?

You've posted your question on a thread that says "Remember that your Amazon voucher code is emailed to you up to two days after your switch date - that’s two days after the day you come on supply with Pure Planet.

If you don’t receive the email, please contact our Member services team via WattBot in your app."

So far my experience of PP has been that they do what they say, and sort it out if there's a problem!

I referred my mum back in July and she made the switch however neither of us have been sent the Amazon voucher.
We have both been on Wattbot to ask you to look into it (well over a week ago) and again neither of us has yet had a reply.
We have searched our emails for 'PurePlanet' in case we missed the original email with the voucher but the only emails that come up are the reminders to do meter readings and monthly statements.

​​​​​​​Does this post (read right through!) offer a way forward? It's got specific advice about how to use Wattbot. When you tried that before, did you put 'message the team'in the question box?

Welcome to the PP community. There is a whole section on this on the main Community Board.

Remember that you only receive a £25 Amazon voucher if you have been referred by a friend and have a voucher code (normally provided through a referral link).

If you go to the Help section of the PP App, find WattBott and type in ‘message the team’ they will get back to you within 48hrs.

I'm still waiting and beginning to get rather irritated.
OK I switched about 3rd Oct.still no voucher and I'm annoyed now. Having just spent 13 nights in hospital the last thing I need is chasing this up.
I switched on Oct 4th and have still not received my Amazon voucher!!!

The other person referring you would need to be on Pure.

I have recently joined Pure Planet but for some reason couldn't get a referal to work so seems like I have missed out on my joining voucher from Amazon. I have since recommened my son and he has joined but that seemed to work OK although we are both waiting for him to go online, he is on the countdown from 17 days. I just feel that most people seem to have received a recommendation and a voucher when they joined but mine didn't work for some reason.
Seems it did work after all and I have now received my voucher. Thank you very much. I didn't see a confirmation at the time so didn't think it had gone through but it obviously has so thanks once again...

While the team are working on the alternatives to Amazon vouchers, I think you should also consider a qualifying period before the rewards are given. At the moment with no exit fee, there is nothing to stop people switching away again as soon as they receive their rewards
