Hi Guys, I’ve switched on the 20th of march from my old supplier and I’ve replied to the action email same date but when I log into my account it still says “Matthew, We're Setting Up Your Account”, is there a customer service number I could call? please see image below as ref thanks.

Switching from a comparison website is definitely a factor. Have a look at the FAQ above and see if that helps. The big question is whether the solution is with compare the market or Pure Planet. If you've contacted PP via Wattbot they will tell you! It usually takes 2-3 working days to get back to you. Did it assure you it had passed your message to the team?
