I moved home and not sure what happens next? My previous house is asking about Pure Planet not contacting them. Moved out on the app and am now using a different supplier with a different household but not sure what happens with pure planet and if they continue to supply my old house - who pays the bill now? So confused help pls x

Hi @Salmon, You stopped paying your old provider when you moved out. Did you get your final bill? If not it will come from Shell in due course.

In normal circumstances, Pure Planet would continue to supply the previous property. Given that we’ve ceased trading, Shell Energy have taken on our Members. That means it’ll be Shell Energy supplying the previous property. They may be able to help - their support page is here
