I gave successfully submitted my meter readings and received a refund for my energy but cannot action my switch to the new property??? I have been tryIng since moving in on 30th June requesting a new quote but it won’t let me proceed past the summary section. I have submitted a complaint but heard nothing! Can anyone help?

How frustrating! There are reports people getting stuck at some screens. A screenshot would be really helpful so we can offer advice…
