More than one property but single email address

I am trying to switch via MSE but when I enter my email it says I am already supplied but this is for another property. How do I use pure planet to serve 2 different properties?

You're talking to fellow PP customers on this forum, and as such we don't have access to customers accounts. But we will help if we can.

If you have 2 different properties , then you need 2 accounts, so you would need to use a different email address for each account .

It works well Carter (and Jo), do it for my parents on a separate, additional BT email address. Very easy and helps parents out.

and if you have a gmail  (applies to some others too) address just add a +

myname@gmail.com = myname+house2@gmail.com

Both mails will come to your gmail account but pp will see them as separate emails.
