Scheduled to join PP later this month but will be on holiday and therefore unable to provide meter readings. Have smart meter. Can you access that?

Do you have SMETS1 or SMETS2 meters?
We're currently still trialing SMETS2 so we're asking people to submit their readings manually.
Don't worry if you're away, industry estimates will be used to open your account instead, and the same estimate will be used to close your account with your previous supplier so you don't pay for any usage twice. You can still then submit your readings once you're back.
