Issues with my initial login

Hello everyone,

 

I have been a customer before of Pure Planete, I am switching again back to Pure Planet but I don’t seem to be able to log in for the first time from my computer. It looks like the system doesn’t like “recycling” my email address as I have used before.

 

Can anybody help?

hi

it can take a day or two after you leave for the address to be able to be re-used, if it’s been much longer since you officially left post back for more help.

If you have the app you can use that to message the team, which is what I would suggest doing, (without being logged in), but you can’t do that online if not logged in.
