PP will estimate your opening readings . Just submit readings as soon as you get back.

worry not, just submit in in 2 days all will be fine (even if you miss it you can query it but if it’s a normal switch a couple of days estimation would not matter as what you pay one you don’t pay the other - you won’t pay for the same energy twice)
I don’t think 2 days will matter at all.
