I did a switch through Quidco around 20/9 and haven’t heard anything from you, is this going through?

Check you confirmed the switch. The switch would stall until you do this step...
If it has gone through ok you get a welcome pack by email, later you are asked for meter readings, and after 17 days your switch is completed and your first direct debit is taken. So if you haven't heard anything, your switch hasn't been started. See if this helps:
