I have a new build property that I am trying to connect for the first time

My address is not listed to my new postcode when I enter on the homepage so I can't get started.  And I can't talk to anyone.  What do I do?

Hello peterhall1976.

Sadly being as its a new bill you are forced to sign upto one of the big boys initially. 

Once this is done and you property details have been registered with the national database you can then switch to pure planet if you wish.
