Hi I am still waiting for the refund from my account after I switched suppliers

Hello @ericg 

Welcome to the community and thanks for posting!

I don’t know if you’re switching to, or from, PP. But it’s the same both ways. Opening readings at the new supplier have to be given, then verified, and then the final bill from the old supplier arrives, and with it a refund (if due).
