Just been trying to provide my initial meter reading but the Pure Planet servers are down and the app can’t connect. How often does this happen? Should I be reconsidering switching to Pure Planet?

I'm my experience Peter .... hardly ever. Worth the very occasional app glitch. I joined 2 years ago and so glad I did

It was pretty poor the last two evenings, but today my loss of connection is purely down to storm Alex playing havoc with my broadband. Hub going bananas 
. But no, don’t be deterred, server being down is rare on the whole, unless specific maintenance work Peter
