How do I start a new switch after my old supplier lifted their objection?

Hi-my old supplier stopped my switch whilst I paid them off their final bill and then told me to contact pure planet again to start the switch up again.
how do I do this as I can’t speak to anyone ?

No need to speak to anyone, just start the switch again from the PP app. 🆙
