more details would help.
If you’ve not responded to an email asking you to verify your switch then the switch won’t happen.
If you have verified and you’re within the cooling off period you simply need to log into your account where there will be a cancellation button.
Post back with details of what you’ve done so far more help will be forthcoming, but most of all don’t panic and have a read of this thread
