How can I get resent my email address confirmation email?

I want to switch to Pure Planet though MSE.
The confirm your email address from you has never arrived?
How do I get you to send it again?

On MSE it says I currently have a switch in progress, so the whole thing is stuck until Pure Planet send me the email address confirmation email again.

How can I get you to do this please?

You're talking to fellow PP customers on this forum, and as such we don't have access to customers accounts. But we will help if we can.

have you checked your junk mail folder   For the activation email from PP?

Yes - and my quatantine only goes back 14 days. I suspect it was sent before then.

I need to ask them to send it again, but cannot see any way of doing this. It’s very frustrating. I really want to give them my custom.

You can  send your message to the team directly via Wattbot.

if you go to the app and click on the
☰ menu at the top, then click on help, then ask Wattbot, 

Then you need to type in 'message the team' .

It will then offer you a few options of faq, if none apply - then click on the box that says 'message the team',

Then wait until you see the reply from Wattbot saying 'OK, I've passed our conversation to the team. Anything to add? Send it below and the team will see it.'

You can then type in your message (and any photos), then send it

please note it’s not a live-chat and it’ll be 2 or 3 working days before they’re able to reply.

Just to add, emails are often still on the servers even after 14 days. Worth checking there?
