first bill

Hi I recently set up a account with you guys I moved into my new address flat 11 70 Lansdowne road on the 11th September 2020 the previous tenant was with you guys so just a need the bill in my name I did register with you guys and gave bank details I haven't heard anything so just chasing it up?

you should have received an email asking you to verify the switch, did you?

Have you logged into your account?

You’ll should receive the first statement by email 1 month from the date you “switched in”. (it is still looked upon as you  switching although this is confusing even though the property was with PP)

Your switch in date will have been 17 days after you initiated the switch.
