I want to cancel my switch to pure planet immediately

hi Samina
if within the 14 day cooling off period use the cancel button in app or online when logged in.
If outside that period you may have to let the switch happen and switch back out after 10 days.

I want to cancel my switch immediately , anyone help me please?

I can not download the app and I can not use the website, It is really frustrating. The cool period is end tomorrow, I really don't like to switch to pure planet anymore . Please. Please! help me, anyone?

What problem are you experiencing with the website? 

Are you able to log in at purepla.net - you’d then see the option to ‘cancel switch’? 

If not, let us know - I’ll flag this with our Member Services team.
