Hello, I signed up a few days ago, but I don’t see an option to cancel the switch on your website or the app (which I’ve downloaded). Does this mean the switch hasn’t gone through and I can go elsewhere if I choose? I didn’t click on your email to verify my email address, although I did set up a username and clicked on the subsequent email received to log into my account.

If you didn’t verify your email and ‘complete’ your switch, don’t worry - there’s nothing to cancel as your switch wasn’t started
That’s why there’s no ‘cancel’ option showing in your account, too.
