Can't progress new quote - can't press next button

I’ve been trying to sign up and get a ‘new quote’ from Pure Planet as the apartment i’m moving into is with them as it is.

 

During the process I have to give my meter readings, which firstly is requiring a gas reading (there’s no gas needed) and secondly I cannot press the next button to proceed through the quote. I’ve tried uninstalling app, tried on my computer but it always takes me to the same part of the process that I can’t get past. I can’t start a new quote. 

 

Please Help and I need to let them know I’m moving in,
