App will only accept one meter reading

I have logged a gas meter reading with the app but it now won’t let me log an electricity meter reading with it and just says my readings are up to date.

Hi @Shieldfamily,

You can only submit one reading each day. Have you perhaps already done electricity today? If so, try again tomorrow maybe…

Unfortunately I had not loaded the electric reading at all today  - it only accepted the gas reading. My switch is in 2 days and I am worried the6 won’t have the right readings.

I assume this is the first time you have tried but if you’ve not switched yet, that might explain it. Just keep photos of your meter readings during this period so you have evidence to clear up any potential problems…

Had you submitted the previous day?

Try after midnight or tomorrow, I’m not sure if it’s one reading in 24 hours or one a day.

(Also I’m wondering if there’s a bug when you submit gas first or are they independent?)

(Or you have a smart meter?)
