Hi, I live in a property who has an account with you at

I have never registered my name with you.  I would like to know how i can set up my account in my name please.

Did you move into a home already supplied by Pure Planet?
If so, you need to follow the instructions here:

If this does not refer to your situation, please supply further information regarding why your account is not in your name, so that we may advise you.
