Acitivate switch

I have applied through UBT energy helpline to switch - they have sent me confirmation - reference number E 160657901 on 24th September 2020 but I have not recieved anything from yourselves to activate this - please can you help

have you checked your junk mail folder? For the activation email from PP?

I was going to suggest the same as @Angelabikerbabe def worth having a look in thje spam folder. And if you’re a Gmail user, take a look at the ‘promotions’ folder too.
