Hello. Can you please inform me when my account will commence with Pure Planet? I have just set it up today (4th January 2021)  for our new property and we move in Thursday 7th January 2021.

You're talking to fellow PP customers on this forum, and as such we don't have access to customers accounts. But we will help if we can.

Generally it takes 17 days to switch your supplies to us. 

If you’re moving in to a new property, you’ll become a deemed customer of whoever already supplies the property - so it’s also best to get in touch with them and let them know your details. They’ll be providing your energy from when you move in, to when your supplies switch to us :thumbsup:
