So I've just switched to pure planet and its asking me for 1st meter readings and photos of the meters. If you have a smart meter do you just take photos of the smart meter with the readings etc or the actual meters too?

Pictures of the actual meters are best Including their serial numbers. Just this once. You won’t need to do it again until you move out or swap supplier...

I dont have a Smart meter but have taken photos of my gas and electricity meters. How do I get these to Pure Planet?

Did you get an email requesting them? if so reply to the mail attaching the photos, or log in to your account, use help and support>ask a question and attach them in the app or online when logged in.
