Self explanatory and triggered by this post.
Your Tariff" on the Usage page should state that unit prices shown on this page include VAT at 5% because it's potentially confusing for customers since the statements don't include vat on the unit prices.

@Marc or @Nat this lies somewhere between an idea and feedback. I think it's an idea, your interpretation may differ, but move it if you wish.

Hi @woz

Good point 👍 the tariff information should match across statements and app/web accounts.

We're now working on this - the changes will be shown on statements by the end of May.

Using the example statement image below:
On the left underneath 'how we calculated your spend', it's regulatory to show the unit rate without VAT and therefore the total cost of VAT @ 5% as it's own section - therefore that won't be changing.

On the right underneath 'about your tariff' we're going to show the unit rate inclusive of VAT so that it matches the way unit rates are displayed across Members' accounts and helps with any confusion this may have caused previously.
We know the line 'prices exclude VAT unless stated otherwise' may easily be overlooked!

Happy to say that the ‘tariff and usage’ page of accounts will make clear that it displays unit rates with VAT following our next app/web release this month

Hi @woz

This is now live following our latest app/web update :relaxed:
