If PP don't warn all customers who are having a SM fitted that there is a possibility that the in home display may not work, BEFORE THE INSTALLATION HAPPENS and also that they may have to send in readings for a while, they are going to open themselves up to a littany of bad reviews.
Let's head 'em off at the pass...
The posts in the community speak volumes, I'd rather warn everyone that it might not work and when it does it'll be a bonus, than risk bad feeling which could have been avoided.
