Add FAQ about how Pure Planet contacts Members

Are you using an overseas call centre (or more than one) to follow up new customers?

If the answer is yes are they also composing and sending out emails of their own accord - emails which which haven't been checked for compliance or for that matter grammar by your UK operation? (clue...that would be bad)

If the answer to either of these is yes don't you think you should post something about this in the FAQ and come clean about what you are doing and why, if for no other reason than to partially comfort would-be customers who receive such a call or email?

(BTW we'll make sure we update all ideas' statuses once we've migrated to the new platform over the next few days. I'm aware that they've drifted over the past few weeks, as we've been a bit preoccupied with the platform work) 👍
