As you know we don't have a call centre ;)
We're trying to change people's expectations of what to do.
There's a whole community homepage of different topics and FAQs, all which link to sections with useful info about meter readings, Amazon vouchers, what to do when moving home, etc.
There is a also a search bar at the top.
And if people search or dig around a little bit, they'll see community members talking about WattBot as a way of contacting us.

So the problem with adding the word 'Contact' to the top navigation is that it'll encourage people to ignore all of the above! It'll make them more frustrated (assuming they're already frustrated. And not all of them are, of course).

Trouble is its a catch 22 as clearly by the "first posts" we see so many of, and we are all guilty of this at times, people don't always have the patience to search through forums or FAQs first.
