A suggestion to help people with opening readings problems

There seem to be a lot of queries (mainly gas) where new customers submit opening reading with photos in many cases and these are apparently ignored. I understand the 3rd party verification but that doesn’t explain why  so many are having to post about this problem.

I’d like to see a statement from PP about why this is (or appears to be) persistently happening, and more to the point a bespoke wattbot dialogue - a one stop shop if you like, to enable new customers to follow this up and get it fixed.

This sounds like a great suggestion @woz 

A minibot to help people and also explain why estimates are used.

I think also to reassure people they they won’t be charged more/twice.

This is a great suggestion.

i am a new customer and my (gas) reading and Photo has been completely ignored. The self generated reading is approx. 800 units less and 3rd party verification company and previous supplier have not noticed of the (quite obviously) mistake!

i currently regret becoming a customer to Pure Planet. I hope there is a cooling off period!!!
