A quick visual way to discriminate older posts when an old thread has been added to

When someone posts in an older thread, because the “x days ago” on the right hand side is very faint it isn’t immediately obvious at a glance that a post is much older. Several times I’ve accidentally replied to very old posters in error because of this. (Thanks for the heads up @stephenrand )

My suggestion is as follows:

Where a post is for example more than a week, or 10 days or 2 weeks (or however long is chosen) old, the words x days ago or x months ago can stay as they are, but where it’s a new(er) post those words should be given greater contrast. I’ve posted an example of what I mean below, I’ve shown 2 different ways it could be implemented.

This will help when posters post a new question in a random older thread.
