What to you need to do if your meter is changed
What will happen regarding submitting meter readings etc.
What communication you can expect from PP about your meter change
etc.
Much to think about on this one...

Meter fixing appointments could be touched upon in this section but not as a main topic because that should be a separate as in What to do if your meter is faulty as there needs to be a long checklist to avoid people assuming their meter is faulty when it isn't
