I referred my father in law (Ian) and as yet we have both not received our rewards.
He submitted bank details at point of sign up and his Direct Debit first payment has not been taken. Not sure why
As a result we have not received our voucher as yet

here's a link you might find useful:
If you don’t receive the email, open WattBot in your account, and type 'Where is my Amazon voucher'. Wattbot will take some info from you - your friend's name and address, and your friend's unique referral code. This info will then be handed to the PP team to check out.
