Where is my reward?

Hi there,

 

I referred my father in law (Ian) and as yet we have both not received our rewards.

 

He submitted bank details at point of sign up and his Direct Debit first payment has not been taken.  Not sure why

 

As a result we have not received our voucher as yet

If you don’t receive the email, open WattBot in your account, and type 'Where is my Amazon voucher'. Wattbot will take some info from you - your friend's name and address, and your friend's unique referral code. This info will then be handed to the PP team to check out.

Alternatively head to wattBot PP’s digital wiz, but first type “Message the Team” and post your question. A PP team member WILL respond in due course during business hours. If your busy you will get a text advising that they’ve responded back where you posted.

Since Marc and I don’t have access to your energy account, it’s best to follow @Angelabikerbabe ‘s advice - in your account, select ‘get help and support’ > ‘ask a question’ and type ‘where is my Amazon voucher’. 

This’ll mean our Member Services team can look into the referral and make sure you receive it:thumbsup:
