What do I do if my rewards haven't arrived

Any one had trouble with the £50 rewards, I have sent emails several times without any feed back.
i reckon people I recommended and myself are owed three.

​​​​​​​If you don’t receive the email, open WattBot in your account, and type 'Where is my Amazon voucher'. Wattbot will take some info from you - your friend's name and address, and your friend's unique referral code. This info will then be handed to the PP team to check out.
