hi ,

 

I have paid my first DD a week or so ago but i have not received my voucher - I have checked my spam and emails but nothing has  come through .

 

Please can this be looked into..

If you mean the £25 referral voucher. Here's a link for you to have a look at,. If you scroll down it tells you what to do if you have not received it:

"If you don’t receive the email, open WattBot in your account, and type 'Where is my reward'. Watt will take some info from you - your friend's name and address, and the unique referral code. This info will then be handed to our team to check out."

Hi, if you mean money from money supermarket etc this will be applied to your account possibly 7 days after your first direct debit is taken.
