Was wondering if anyone can help out. I was referred by a friend to join pure planet. At the time of signing up, I received an email to say we’d both get a £50 voucher around three weeks after the switch had taken place.
My switch completed on 6th Jan 2020 and I’ve since submitted my first meter reading. But neither myself or my friend have received an email asking us to to choose which voucher we’d like. We’ve both checked our spam/junk folders - but there’s nothing there from PP.
Any help would be much appreciated.

In short - go to Help > WattBot and type the words 'Where is my reward' and Watt will ask for the details.
