Hi

I recommended a fried and we are both on Pure Planet for our energy but I/we have not received a voucher, can somebody please advise.

Hi Ellen,
Just use the app, go to help section and use wattbot.
Type message the team. Then explain the issue. They will get back to you in a couple of days. From memory, it does take a few weeks before they send the vouchers out after switching.
