How can I be added to the Priority Services Register?

The Priority Services Register (PSR) form can be found in your account, under ‘Menu’ > ‘Account’.

The form will ask for details about your home and personal assistance requirements. Please complete the form at your own discretion. 

So that Pure Planet can provide the best possible service to members, we offer additional services to those who may be vulnerable or have special requirements, to help with the management of their energy supply.

We keep a record of these members on the Priority Services Register (PSR). It's a free service, and is available if anyone in the property would benefit from some additional assistance.

It's important to be included on the PSR if anyone in the property depends on vital medical equipment, or uses appliances that are critical for quality of life, such as stair lifts and bath hoists.

Members on the PSR will be prioritised during energy outages to make sure power is restored to the property as quickly as possible.

Members can add themselves to the PSR at any time. The PSR sign-up form can be found in your account, under ‘Menu’ > 'Account'.

Examples of the services that may be available are:

  • Adding a password that every engineer or meter reader who visits the property would need to give, to prove they’re working on behalf of Pure Planet.
  • Adding another contact to the account who would receive duplicates of all communications sent, for assistance with managing the account.
  • More frequent meter reading visits, for those who have trouble accessing or reading the meter.
