EV isolation switch

We're having an EV charging point installed.  The FAQ says to contact wattbot to get our isolation switch installed for the EV charging point.   Wattbot just keeps referring me back to the FAQ though.  Any idea how to get a date for this to happen?

If you type in “Message the team” in the Wattbot, then whatever you type in after that will go directly to a Pure Planet customer services staff. Ask them you want an isolation switch fitted.

 

Are you sure you do not need your meter tails upgraded as well? They can do both at the same time.

 

FYI - It will take weeks for you to get an isolation switch. I have been waiting over a month now.
